DirectFX focusses on the experienced foreign exchange brokers that run the site and the technology it uses to conduct trades which is called CQG and is used in the institutional, or professional large global company market. Having said that, the site does also provide lots of information and advice, but the language used on the site is a little more corporate.

Again you can trade for free once you register, and again there is the option to use a more sophisticated version of the basic platform for a fee. Live, clear pricing is available on DirectFX, while access to detailed charts and trading patterns is also available.

DirectFX offers a MetaTrader 4 account, available via download onto your PC or laptop which has a whole host of forex trader features. These include: tight or narrow spreads, access to in-depth charts, fully customisable screen layout, access to all your trading history and mobile trading capabilities when you download the relevant app for your device.

CGQ is DirectFX’s other forex trading option, with CQG building this trading platform for DirectFX clients. This account features advanced trading tools including spreadsheet trader which allows the trader to use their preferred indicators and information. It is also fully customizable, has automated trading, access to advanced charting and analytics and a large order type and order duration pool to select from.
